A customer recently offered to sell me her Acer Iconia A500 Tablet
. Given that it was at a bargain basement price, I jumped at the chance and spent a good few days customizing, playing, and generally falling in love with the thing. Unlike the other, cheaper tablets I’ve played with, this thing was quick and amazingly responsive.
And then, she called and said her husband had told her to offer me their Apple iPad 2
, not the Acer. He liked the Acer better, and was more than a little upset that she’d sold the wrong thing. Being the total sweetheart that I am, I did the trade and am now playing with an iPad 2. And I’m completely torn on which I prefer …
