It’s no secret that I’m a huge rugby fan and that my passion for my home team, The New Zealand All Blacks is massive. So, it’s with great pleasure that I announce that our boys won the 2011 Rugby World Cup Sunday, with a bruising 8-7 victory over France, ending a 24 year drought and thrilling the entire country.

Before I start, it’s important to note that both Barnes & Noble and Amazon share a lot of the free books, however there are a few gems that are unique. Check each library before you find you’ve doubled up!

Playing with the camera on the iPad 2 and two photography apps, Photoshop Express and Effects. I thought this particular photo (2 ravens sitting atop the Albertsons next door) would be fitting with Hallowe’en coming up.

A customer recently offered to sell me her Acer Iconia A500 Tablet. Given that it was at a bargain basement price, I jumped at the chance and spent a good few days customizing, playing, and generally falling in love with the thing. Unlike the other, cheaper tablets I’ve played with, this thing was quick and amazingly responsive.

And then, she called and said her husband had told her to offer me their Apple iPad 2, not the Acer. He liked the Acer better, and was more than a little upset that she’d sold the wrong thing. Being the total sweetheart that I am, I did the trade and am now playing with an iPad 2. And I’m completely torn on which I prefer …
